The breaststroke is a swimming style in which the swimmer is on their chest and the torso does not rotate. It is the most popular recreational style due to its stability and the ability to keep the head out of the water a large portion of the time.

Dalam dunia renang, gaya renang yang satu ini bisa dikatakan sebagai gaya renang yang paling sederhana dan tidak berat (kata wikipedia juga begitu! ^^). Bahkan anak TK yang baru bisa renang saja pasti bisa begitu melihat orang lain melakukannya walaupun secara teknik belum sempurna (That was me, by the way, si anak TK (1995)).
